On my fourth year of charity Santa work, I decided to improve on the supplied beard, which though luxuriant, is very uncomfortable and not realistic.</br></br> This beard/moustache combination is a game changer. Some kids were really convinced, and I am so much more comfortable, on the 4 hour stints. All agree a big improvement and well worth the outlay. </br></br>The only problem I experienced was due to my lack of research- there are no instructions supplied with the set; probably correct for 'professional' items. Not much of a problem; research on the internet gave good and simple advice and instruction- on both applying and removing the beard. </br></br>Finally, Top marks to the office staff member; I needed help with making the purchase online then paid twice for postage. The office person answered the phone most promptly (not a usual experience for me) and sorted out combining two orders and refunding the surplus post fee.</br></br>Well Done.... As I said, one happy Santa! Cheers!
