This eyeliner is great, it lasted all day, there was little bleeding or smudging (only initially before it dried). I did notice a little flakiness but I wasn't put off by that since it's at such a great price. I wore it all day long in 90-degree weather and my sweat didn't cause it to a smear of bleed. I did have watery eyes all day too because of my allergies and it didn't smear or smudge from that either. The tip did wear down pretty fast. After one application it was rounded which isn't a huge deal, but if you like a really fine line or tip, I would consider a precision liner instead. Overall I really like this product and I would definitely recommend it for the price.
